Our customers are inventing what's next, in aerospace, defense, robotics, and beyond. To keep up with them, manufacturing has to change. That's what we're building. We're looking for a Controls/Automation Software Engineer to join our robotics and software team as a core support and build resources across our machine automation systems - ovens, autoclaves, and other machine integrations into our broader production system. You'll be an owner of robotics team outputs once they move from R&D into production, acting as the support function that keeps automated systems running, resolves field issues, and keeps development features moving forward. What You'll Do * Serve as a core support and build resource across the robotics and automation software team * Own machine automation systems in production, including ovens, autoclaves, and other integrated equipment * Take ownership of robotics team outputs once R&D work transitions into production * Field and resolve issues from automated production systems, developing lasting solutions rather than one-off fixes * Keep development of new automation features moving alongside support work ## Related Videos - [More efficient software for more efficient microchips](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1164-more-efficient-software-for-more-efficient-microchips) - [Kettle and Pot or Peas in a Pod?
