Preferred Certifications (Highly Desired) * Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise, Security, or Data Center. * Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE). * Fortinet Network Security Expert or equivalent firewall/security certification. * CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+. * ITIL Foundation certification. ## Description Riot is expanding our footprint into hyperscale data centers for AI and HPC clients, and we're looking for a Manager, Network Infrastructure to help shape the future of digital infrastructure. As our Manager, Network Infrastructure, you will lead the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of Riot's enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of wired, wireless, WAN, and data center network environments that support corporate, manufacturing, engineering, and operational teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set technical direction, manage network priorities, and provide operational oversight while remaining actively engaged in complex troubleshooting, infrastructure projects, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a stable, secure, and high-performing network environment in a fast-paced organization. This position will be based in Austin, TX with travel to Rockdale, TX as needed.
