## About the Role

* Strong experience in .NET (C#)
 * Solid experience in API design and development (RESTful services, Web APIs)
 * Experience with data integration and workflow orchestration
 * Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL
 * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 * Experience with radiology workflows and data structures
 * Basic understanding of medical imaging standards (DICOM)
 * Exposure to healthcare systems and interoperability standards

Preferred Skills

 * Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into production systems
 * Familiarity with AWS cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management)
 * Experience with messaging systems (AWS Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
 * Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards
 * Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
 * Experience in medical imaging platforms or radiology viewers
 * Familiarity with real-time data processing or streaming systems
 * Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
 * Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
 * Ownership mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend business logic using .NET (C#)
 * Build and manage ASP.NET Core-based services for data processing and system integration
 * Implement data integration workflows across multiple systems and components
 * Work with radiology data structures and clinical workflows
 * Integrate AI Agent outputs and external AI-driven results into the platform
 * Handle demo study loading, data orchestration, and end-to-end data flow
 * Collaborate with frontend developers, AI teams, and clinical stakeholders
 * Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend systems
 * Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
