## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving.
 * Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server and network equipment.
 * Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
 * Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 * Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
 * Relevant entry-level certifications (e.g., CCNA)
 * Valid Driving License

## Description

As a Field Network Technician at Nebius, you will be responsible for supporting IT operations at remote locations and deploying data center infrastructure across new and expanding regions. This is a highly hands-on role focused on network infrastructure, project execution, troubleshooting, and operational support within large-scale AI and GPU cloud environments.

Your primary focus will be managing IT operations, infrastructure deployments, and technical projects supporting Nebius data center environments, including large GPU cloud installations. This role requires frequent travel to support deployments, operational activities, and infrastructure expansion across multiple sites.

You will work out of our location in New Jersey.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within U.S. data centers.
 * Manage and coordinate remote IT operations by collaborating with smart hands in co-located facilities. Be prepared to travel for on-site installations and technical support.
 * Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices.
