 * Be the standard bearer for application usability and accessibility with the UX Designers and UX Engineers
 * Drive client architecture decisions for our complex React app
 * Work with design on user research processes and programs to help the team understand and empathize with customer user personas, including back office admins, referring healthcare providers, and patients, to channel their needs and perspectives into product design.
 * Take ownership over visual quality - whether executing pixel-perfect designs with precision or leveraging strong design intuition to navigate and resolve ambiguity
 * Embrace a founder's mindset, proactively driving projects from conception to completion, and contributing significantly to our company's growth and success
