As a Staff, Technology Operations, you will help drive the operating rhythm, strategic execution, and insights delivery for the engineering organization. What you'll do * Operating Rhythm & Accountability. Establish and manage structured forums for technology partners to ensure delivery of key business outcomes and foster accountability across teams. On a typical day, you might run the staff meeting, organize an offsite, and report out on key metrics. * Performance Monitoring. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs),ensuring initiatives are aligned with Walmart's strategic goals and financial targets. * Cross-Functional Collaboration.
