Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously (multi-task). * Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work with personnel at all levels, both within and outside the company. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on a highly productive team. * Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. * Easily takes initiative and works independently. * Maturity, professionalism, and good work ethic., * Certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent. * Knowledge of IPv6, PPPoE, or RADIUS authentication. * Experience with MikroTik * Experience with Ruckus * Experience with managed WiFi networks. * Familiarity with ITIL practices. ## Description 1. Design, implement, and support Layer 2/Layer 3 network infrastructure in MDU (multi-dwelling unit) environments. 2. Deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points at residential sites. 3. Troubleshoot escalated network issues including packet loss, routing loops, and wireless interference. 4. Ensure network reliability, redundancy, and uptime in line with SLAs and service standards. 5. Maintain and update network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and change logs. 6. Collaborate with project managers, field techs, and customer success teams to support property deployments and upgrades. 7. Conduct site assessments and capacity planning for new or expanding properties. 8. Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for optimization using SNMP and logging tools. 9. Assist in implementing network security standards, including VLAN isolation, ACLs, and firewall rules. 10.
