* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, etc. with 5+years of professional experience or combined equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability
 * Proficiency in C or C++ for embedded systems.
 * Hands-on Experience at the firmware & hardware boundary.
 * Knowledge of real-time programming concepts and real-time operating systems.
 * Ability to write efficient code under resource constraints (memory, CPU).
 * Knowledge of digital and analog electronics.
 * Ability to travel domestic- 20%
 * Excellent written and verbal communications

## Description

* Architect and develop embedded firmware components that execute real-time power regulation, protection, and control algorithms for SST operation.
 * Lead firmware for power electronics embedded systems, ensuring functional and performance requirements are met
 * Work closely with hardware teams to integrate firmware with new or existing hardware components
 * Work with other talented engineers to solve complex problems, share knowledge, and ensure project milestones are met
 * Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and methodologies in embedded systems
