As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you are a critical driver of the platform that powers video knowledge management for global universities and businesses. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will design, automate, and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure supporting high application reliability, security, and performance. You will bridge the gap between high-velocity engineering and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001), ensuring our infrastructure posture is pragmatic, scalable, and built on Clarity over Complexity. Driving an AI-first mindset, you will leverage modern automation alongside AI-assisted engineering practices (such as GitHub Copilot or Amazon Q) and predictive observability tools (AIOps) to eliminate operational toil, accelerate deployment pipelines, and simplify complex architectures.
