options, support business case development, and partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation, process flows, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.Strong project coordination, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.Ability to lead, coach, and develop analysts or consultants while fostering collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people while demonstrating cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and customer focus.Understanding of data, reporting, database concepts, and information systems sufficient to support business analysis and solution discussions.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Public
Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, business consulting, process improvement, project leadership, solution advisory, or related disciplines.Three (3) or more years of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and workload prioritization.Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering, business process analysis, capability assessment, solution design, and documentation activities across complex initiatives.Experience facilitating executive, cross-functional, and stakeholder discussions to clarify needs, evaluate options, resolve ambiguity, and support decision-making.Experience partnering with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to evaluate, implement, or improve technology-enabled
