Experience * Proven experience in an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar role. * Experience supporting engineering, platform, data, or technology teams in a Scrum environment. * Experience managing internal initiatives that require structured planning, milestone tracking, and deadline management. * Demonstrated ability to balance team facilitation with project coordination responsibilities. * Experience using metrics to improve delivery predictability, process efficiency, and accountability. * Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, product, operations, and leadership.
