**Published:** September 4, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.careerjet.com/jobad/usbec446e82e58c6a8a2b5243648ad7c4e ## About the Role * 10 12 years of experience in Level 3 Production Support / Engineering * Strong knowledge of Financial Market Data and experience delivering market data solutions * Deep expertise in RTDS ADH, ADS, DACS, and ATS * Strong experience with RHEL/Linux administration and troubleshooting * Advanced Shell Scripting skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting market data network issues * Strong understanding of Networks and Server Hardware, including WAN and LAN environments * Strong experience with Production Platform Management, patching, configuration, and compliance standards * Experience troubleshooting complex build processes, software configurations, inventory, hardware, and custom configurations * Experience developing automation for large-scale infrastructure delivery * Hands-on experience with Rundeck or similar automation tools * Advanced scripting experience with Python * Experience with ServiceNow and Jira workflow / ticketing tools * Experience with Git and development tools such as DX1 * Experience developing and maintaining production monitoring solutions * Strong experience collaborating with Engineering, QE, Network, Operations, and Partner teams * Excellent leadership, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Nice-to-Have Skills: * Python * HPE Synergy * ITRS * BigPanda * HPE OneView ## Description * Provide Level 3 support for the RTMDSv3 platform and resolve complex production issues * Work closely with Core Engineering and Development teams to deliver new functionality and resolve deployment issues * Manage platform infrastructure, ensuring compliance with production standards and patching requirements * Develop infrastructure inventory and support RTMDS architecture for stable and scalable environments * Troubleshoot complex build, configuration, hardware, inventory, and software issues * Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and technical documentation * Train Level 2 and Level 3 support teams on complex technical tasks * Develop and maintain production monitoring and alerting * Build advanced automation for mass infrastructure delivery * Work with QE teams to maintain CI inventory and production pipelines with appropriate testing * Collaborate with Network teams to test WAN/LAN delivery * Act as a technical leader for delivery teams, operations, and external partners ## Related Videos -
