Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Product Owner - **Company:** Collabera - **Location:** Charlotte, NC, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Salary:** $145,600.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Agile Methodology, Computing Platforms, Business Systems, Cyber Security, Data Structures, Scrum Methodology, Release Management, Systems Integration, Information Technology, Servicenow - **Published:** September 4, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/c622e40c-1b66-4c75-840b-dfbfc71c744a ## About the Role * Bachelor s degree in information technology, business, risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role. * Demonstrated experience working with the ServiceNow platform. * Direct experience with ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, or closely related Integrated Risk Management capabilities. * Strong understanding of third-party risk-management processes, including onboarding, inherent-risk assessments, due diligence, control assessments, issue remediation, monitoring, and offboarding. * Experience developing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product roadmaps. * Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. * Experience managing and prioritizing complex product backlogs. * Ability to translate business, risk, compliance, and regulatory needs into technical requirements. * Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and validating delivered solutions. * Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, communication, and decision-making skills. * Ability to work effectively with developers, ServiceNow administrators, architects, testers, business leaders, and risk professionals. * Understanding of ServiceNow workflows, data structures, reporting, integrations, roles, and access controls. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. ## Description Day To Day * Own and communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the ServiceNow TPRM product. * Partner with risk, compliance, procurement, legal, information security, audit, technology, and business teams to define product goals and requirements. * Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk reduction, technical dependencies, regulatory needs, and implementation effort. * Translate business needs into clear epics, features, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. * Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, release planning, and other Agile ceremonies. * Serve as the primary point of contact for developers, ServiceNow administrators, architects, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Make decisions regarding product scope and priorities and accept or reject completed work based on established requirements. * Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow TPRM capabilities across the third-party lifecycle, including: * Third-party onboarding and segmentation * Inherent-risk assessments and risk tiering * Due diligence and control assessments * Questionnaire and assessment management * Issue identification and remediation * Continuous monitoring and periodic reviews * Third-party offboarding Partner with risk and compliance teams to develop assessment methodologies, questionnaires, scoring models, approval processes, controls, and workflow requirements. Define requirements for dashboards, reporting, notifications, integrations, risk indicators, and executive-level visibility. Identify opportunities to automate manual third-party risk processes and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with technical teams on workflows, data models, integrations, security roles, access controls, and platform design decisions. Promote scalable ServiceNow configuration and platform best practices while minimizing unnecessary customization. Coordinate user acceptance testing, stakeholder approvals, production releases, implementation readiness, and post-release validation. Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, blockers, scope changes, and competing priorities. Monitor ServiceNow releases and recommends new features or capabilities that support the TPRM roadmap.
