## About the Role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with Epic Beaker experience. This role involves coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, driving schedules, and working with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong facilitation skills to manage project activities effectively., Education: An Associate's degree is required.

Experience: 5 years of related project management experience.

Technical Skills:

 * Experience with Epic Systems, specifically with Beaker Anatomic or Clinical Pathology.
 * Demonstrated project leadership, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills., * PMP certification.
 * Experience working with a lab system.
 * Ability to work flexible hours, with availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) being optimal.

## Description

* Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects and drive the project schedule.
 * Facilitate meetings, track progress, and follow up on action items.
 * Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
 * Create and report program status using a dashboard.
 * Communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
 * Interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines.
 * Utilize and manage external vendors and resources.
 * Build and maintain team relationships and partnerships.
