The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, asynchronous processing, and enterprise architecture. This is a coding-intensive, hands-on development role. Candidates must be comfortable with live coding, technical assessments, architecture discussions, and production support., * 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. * Strong hands-on experience with: * Apex * Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Salesforce Flows * SOQL/SOSL * Triggers Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and asynchronous processing. Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integrations. Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security/sharing, transaction management, and performance optimization. Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience. Experience with Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and scalable enterprise solutions. Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and source-driven development. Strong communication, code review, and mentoring skills., * Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification; PD2 preferred. * Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, CRM Analytics, or Salesforce Data Cloud. * Experience with event-driven or near-real-time architectures. * Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments. * Experience working with globally distributed development teams.
