## Description

The UI/UX Designer creates excellent end-user interactions and overall experience for those users navigating our data-dense web-based applications and websites. The UI/UX Designer seeks to improve the user experience by suggesting interactions that are simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling. They collaborate with teams and individuals across a wide variety of departments as needed: Development Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external clients., * Knowledge of user needs within the team's domain.

 * Leads design projects across the entire product lifecycle.
 * Develops high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes.
 * Gauges the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change.

 * Successfully implements design concepts within an agile environment.
 * Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing.
 * Carry out user research and derive insights to inform design decisions.
 * Test new ideas before implementing them.
 * Drive UI/UX consistency across products.

 * Any other reasonable activity required by management.
