Strong consulting acumen and a project management mindset are critical to managing client expectations and delivery timelines., * Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in technical consulting, systems analysis, or solution development, with a strict focus on client-facing delivery within the Microsoft 365 cloud environment. * Technical Proficiency: * Power BI: Strong capability in DAX modeling, data shaping, and designing intuitive enterprise dashboards. * Power Apps & Power Automate: Proven experience building canvas/model-driven apps and complex, multi-stage automated workflows. * SharePoint & Teams: Expertise in document management architectures, custom permissions, and application integrations. * Dynamics 365: Foundational understanding of CRM customization and configuration. * Consultative Capabilities: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing client relationships, navigating ambiguous stakeholder requirements, and running discovery meetings independently.
