Required Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Configuration Management, or CMDB Administration.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments including:
o Servers (Windows/Linux)
o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
o Network infrastructure
o Storage and virtualization technologies

 * Hands-on experience with CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow CMDB or similar solutions.
 * Experience with configuration item (CI) lifecycle management and relationship mapping.
 * Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Change, Incident, Asset, and Configuration Management.
 * Experience with discovery, asset management, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data governance skills.
