Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Strong experience in QA Automation Testing with at least 10 years of overall testing experience.
Hands-on experience in Python Automation Framework Development.
Strong expertise in API Testing using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Postman, and automation tools.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium, or Playwright.
Strong knowledge of API validation, data verification, and backend testing.
Experience with SQL and database validations.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Services applications.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps.

## Description

Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks using Python.
Define and maintain API automation test strategies for banking applications.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and define test coverage.
Review test cases and automation scripts developed by team members.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive defect resolution with development teams.
Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Create automation metrics, dashboards, and status reports for stakeholders.
Mentor QA team members and establish testing best practices.
Support release validation and production readiness activities.
