## About the Role

Rotation opportunities are based on business needs, employee development goals, and organizational priorities., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Current students nearing graduation and early-career engineers with up to three years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

 * Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership through coursework, student organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences.
 * Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
 * Experience with AutoCAD, CAD, 3D modeling, or related engineering tools preferred.
 * Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and future career opportunities within the organization.

## Description

Throughout the program, participants will:

 * Support engineering, manufacturing, and operations initiatives through project work and rotational assignments
 * Develop technical expertise across multiple disciplines and technologies
 * Apply engineering principles to solve business and operational challenges
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, quality, and operational performance
 * Build relationships and learn from leaders across the organization
 * Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills
 * Contribute to projects that drive business results and support organizational goals

Participants completing a Department Manager rotation may directly supervise factory hourly team members.
What You'll Build Through EDP
Through rotational experiences, mentorship, and hands-on projects, participants develop:

 * Technical and functional expertise
 * Process improvement and problem-solving skills
 * Cross-functional business acumen
 * Project and people leadership capabilities
 * Professional networks across Pella's manufacturing and engineering organizations, * Normal and irregular work hours or shifts may be required depending on rotation assignment
 * Up to 25% travel may be required
 * Periodic exposure to manufacturing equipment and production environments
 * Occasional lifting of materials up to 30 pounds may be required
 * Work environments may include office, laboratory, and manufacturing settings
 * No certifications or licenses required
