* 3-5+ years of experience in UX design, UX strategy, product design, or related digital experience roles.

 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, product, and development.
 * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders., * Experience supporting eCommerce, B2B, or technology-focused digital experiences.
 * Exposure to A/B testing, UX research, or customer journey analytics tools.
 * Understanding of SEO and content strategy considerations within UX design.

## Description

We are seeking a UX Designer / UX Strategist to support the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and customer journey touchpoints. This role will focus on improving usability, engagement, and conversion by leveraging user research, journey mapping, and UX best practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who can collaborate across content, marketing, analytics, and development teams to translate business goals into effective digital experiences., * Design and optimize digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and key customer touchpoints.

 * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps that improve usability and support business objectives.
 * Partner with content, marketing, analytics, and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience across digital channels.
 * Identify customer pain points and recommend improvements to navigation, content organization, and conversion paths.
 * Conduct usability reviews and incorporate user feedback into design recommendations.
 * Support A/B testing and experience optimization initiatives by helping define hypotheses and evaluate results.
 * Contribute to UX standards, design best practices, and documentation to ensure consistency across digital experiences.
 * Assist in journey mapping workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align on user needs.
