In this role, you will decide what belongs in the portfolio and what does not, drawing on a clear read of the market and competitive landscape, the Microsoft product and engineering roadmap, and a disciplined judgment of what is feasibly repeatable versus what must be tailored to the customer. You will work directly with delivery teams, business architects, product and engineering groups, sales and pursuit teams, and the leaders of the eight delivery capabilities to turn field patterns into reusable, well-architected offers. This is a role for people who can hold the market view and the engineering view at once, who can see the reusable pattern inside a bespoke engagement, and who are energized by turning scattered delivery learning into a coherent, sellable, deliverable portfolio. You will define reference architecture and offer blueprints, retire what no longer fits, and make the portfolio the backbone of how ISD scales Frontier Transformation. If you are excited by the opportunity to shape what we build once and deliver many times, this role is for you. Responsibilities * Build and curate a portfolio of repeatable offers aligned to market need, industry requirements, functional use cases, and the patterns emerging across customer deliveries and pursuits. * Maintain a clear view of the market and competitive landscape, and position the portfolio against where demand, differentiation, and white space actually are. * Track the Microsoft product and engineering roadmap, and sequence the offer portfolio to align with what the platform can and will support. * Distinguish what is feasibly repeatable from what must be tailored to the customer, and design offers with a clear reusable core and defined points of customization. * Define reference architectures, solution blueprints, and offer definitions - scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery approach - that teams can reuse across engagements. * Mine delivery and pursuit patterns, harvesting reusable assets, accelerators, and design patterns from real engagements into the portfolio. * Partner with the leaders of the eight delivery capabilities and with business architects to ensure offers are coherent end-to-end and grounded in the framework. * Support sales and pursuit teams with solution shaping, ensuring proposed solutions map to portfolio offers and are feasible to deliver. * Govern the portfolio lifecycle - prioritizing, versioning, and retiring offers based on market fit, reuse, and delivery evidence. * Establish the standards, artifacts, and intake process that keep the portfolio current, discoverable, and adopted by delivery and sales teams.Success in this role looks like * A curated portfolio of repeatable offers exists, is adopted by delivery and pursuit teams, and maps clearly to market and industry need. * A growing share of engagements is delivered from repeatable offers rather than fully bespoke solutions, improving speed and predictability. * Offers are aligned to the product and engineering roadmap, with a clear reusable core and defined customization points. * Reusable assets and patterns from delivery and pursuits are consistently harvested back into the portfolio. * Sales and pursuit teams can shape credible, feasible solutions faster because the portfolio gives them a proven starting point. ## Related Videos - [This App Reached 10,000 Users in One Week.
