The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user-centered design, prototyping, and data visualization, and will be adept at working in cross-functional, agile environments. This role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, development teams, and external partners to ensure user experiences are seamless, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals., * 11+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. * 11+ years collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to deliver intuitive design solutions aligned with accessibility and branding standards. * 10+ years applying UX design principles to create responsive, accessible web and mobile interfaces. * 10+ years experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles. * 8+ years designing data-driven visual assets, workflows, and system documentation., * 5+ years experience in graphical diagramming and visual storytelling to explain workflows and system architecture. * 3+ years facilitating workshops and feedback sessions with business stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). * Strong ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently. * Experience with eligibility systems or other rule-based, data-intensive applications is a plus. ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
