Special Requirements: Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, non-U.S. citizen national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to ITAR work in section. ## Description * Manage the full lifecycle of software licensing agreements for SwRI-developed engineering software, including NASGRO and DARWIN. * Serve as the key point of contact for licensees, resellers, and IT service providers, and coordinate licensing actions with contracts, general counsel, credit, and export control. * Apply creative problem-solving and customer service skills to effectively manage software licensing, training programs and consortium programs. * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills to independently multi-task in a fast-paced environment as a central member of a cross-functional team. * Exercise sound judgement to effectively communicate and apply SwRI's established policies and procedures.
