Plan, schedule and manage software and device releases across Windows and Mac environments leveraging Intune and SCCM. The Release Manager will act as a Project Manager managing multiple software requests and multiple project tasks to completion, as well as negotiate dates and communicate status from Users to Leadership. Coordinate and schedule deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to users and business operations Act as a project manager, driving multiple software requests and release-related tasks to completion Serve as a relationship manager, partnering with users, engineers, and leadership to align expectations and priorities Assess release readiness, risks, and impacts; recommend go/no-go decisions and mitigation strategies Communicate release status, timelines, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, engineering, security, and business teams Continuously improve release processes, standards, and documentation to enhance efficiency and reliability We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
