 * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Consumer Goods Cloud
 * Strong understanding of CPG retail execution processes (route-to-market, merchandising, KPI scoring, compliance)
 * Hands-on configuration experience within Salesforce CG Cloud capabilities
 * Solid experience in Agile methodologies, including user story creation and backlog management

## Description

* Lead functional delivery for Salesforce solutions with a focus on Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and lead workshops
 * Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and Salesforce configurations
 * Configure and implement core CG Cloud features including Visit Plans, Action Plans, Task Templates, Surveys & Assessment Tasks
 * Support retail execution processes such as route-to-market, perfect store, merchandising, KPI tracking, and compliance
