## About the Role

Experienced across multiple Salesforce products (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Commerce, MuleSoft, Pardot, etc.) with a depth of expertise in specific clouds

 - Extensive experience working with Salesforce, including proficiency in developing custom applications and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs and Force.com.

 - A proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator, having strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.

 - Experience of working with a marketing automation system, preferably MCAE (Pardot).

 - Experience with Salesforce External Managed Packages / Apps used in the Sales and Marketing world, for example, Sales Development Apps, Account Management Apps, etc.

 - Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations, Single Sign On (Ms Entra), Data Lake (SnowFlake), EAC (Ms Graph / O365), Data Cloud and Tableau integrations. Including documentation of those.

 - Expert in Salesforce out of the box configuration including Data Model Security and Process Automations, database design, configuration, process builders, workflows, and database design

Required Certifications (at least 3 of the following Salesforce certs are needed):

 - Salesforce Certified Administrator

 - Platform App Builder

## Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Salesforce/CRM Systems Engineer to join a global logistics and warehouse automation company. We are targeting a candidate with strong technical expertise in a Salesforce environment, particularly in Platform support (Single Sign On, Einstein Activity Capture, Data Lake integrations), Sales Cloud and multiple bespoke Managed Packages / Apps related to the Sales and Marketing world (for example, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Medallia, Backstory or Gong). This role must hold multiple relevant Salesforce certifications, including a proven track record in a Salesforce Administration position. In this role, you would be joining the Salesforce Tech team which operated under Agile methodologies and would require you to be a proactive member in sprint ceremonies.

Day to Day

 - Management of Salesforce integrations, Single Sign On (Ms Entra), Data Lake (SnowFlake), EAC (Ms Graph / O365), Data Cloud and Tableau integrations.

 - Manage installed Packages and external Apps.

 - Help the Senior CRM System Manager and the Technical team to understand its purpose and perform BAU duties

 - Proactively engage with business stakeholders and advise the business on best practices for getting the most from the applications and improving the end user experience

 - Translate technical information to non-technical audiences ensuring there is full understanding of the subject matter in question from all levels

 - Provide expertise on leading practices, technology/industry trends, application/integration architecture, solution design, and implementation leading practices.

 - Actively research new functionality within Salesforce releases and best practice for continued process improvements.

 - Consider our long-term business strategy, making recommendations and leading initiatives to ensure the platform grows and best use is made of Salesforce and Pardot functionality

 - Support the 3rd Party Salesforce Support Team (CoE) with queries and ideas for development, add the end user's point of view and supporting in translating what's needed into User Stories.

 - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by enforcing data entry standards and regularly monitoring data quality in Salesforce: proactively working with users to fix data inconsistencies

 - Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Global Sales Operations, Salesforce Premier+ Support and IT colleagues
