* Strong experience managing Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
 * Good functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, and Recruiting.
 * Experience managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
 * Ability to manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
 * Experience coordinating functional and technical teams.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to gather requirements, manage client expectations, and provide project updates.
 * Experience with project planning, status reporting, issue tracking, and change management.
 * Ability to manage multiple workstreams and ensure successful project delivery.
 * Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience is required.
