Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained.

 3. Collaborate with architects and other technical leaders to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
 4. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate.
