This role sits at the center of nearly everything user-facing at Cardless: the component library and design system that everything else is built on, the consumer app cardholders use to manage their accounts and rewards, and the internal tools our operations and risk teams rely on to run the business. You won't just maintain these experiences - you'll set the patterns and architecture that keep them consistent, scalable, and high-quality as the company grows, while also shipping real features in each of them yourself. This is a strong fit for someone who can move fluidly across consumer, partner-facing, and internal tooling work without compromising on craft - someone who cares as much about the accessibility and reusability of a design system component as they do about the polish of a cardholder-facing onboarding flow. You'll partner closely with product, design, backend engineering, and our risk and compliance teams, and you'll have real influence over how Cardless's frontend platform evolves.
