Experience in compliance-regulated environments (SOX, SOC 2, or equivalent) without letting compliance become an obstacle to delivery. * Proven cross-functional partnership - this role serves every business function and requires trust and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical leaders. * Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and build-vs-buy decision-making experience. * Executive communication skills - technology strategy, risk, and investment tradeoffs to C-suite leadership. * Experience in a high-growth environment where speed matters and process must be built alongside delivery. This role oversees three core functions: IT Service Desk (end-user support and service delivery), IT Systems Engineering (infrastructure, networking, and systems administration), and Enterprise Technology (business system administration, vendor management, and platform configuration). This is an opportunity to lead a technology organization at a company that is itself building the infrastructure that makes AI possible.
