Drive automation of repeatable R&D subtasks. * Become an expert on foundational identity, authentication, authorization, network, and data security concepts. An unhealthy dose of curiosity about the design and administration - technology, people, and process - of complex application platforms such as GitHub, Salesforce, and Workday is a must. You will love exploring rabbit holes into esoteric domain knowledge related to these topics. * Formulate security problems as data and ML problems, constantly addressing and refining the customer outcome in collaboration with top-flight security teams from Global 1000 companies. ## Related Videos - [Lessons learned from observing a billion API requests](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1574-lessons-learned-from-observing-a-billion-api-requests) - [Rest API Antipatterns](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100208-rest-api-antipatterns) - [Resilient by Design: Building Robust Architectures in High-Stakes Financial Systems](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2106-resilient-by-design-building-robust-architectures-in-high-stakes-financial-systems) - [Security Pitfalls for Software Engineers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/726-security-pitfalls-for-software-engineers) - [Web APIs you might not know about](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/281-web-apis-you-might-not-know-about) - [No Keys for the Robot: GitOps as the Control Plane for Autonomous Agents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100095-no-keys-for-the-robot-gitops-as-the-control-plane-for-autonomous-agents) ## Related Articles - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Dev Digest 134 - Where pixels sing?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/477-dev-digest-134-where-pixels-sing) - [Dev Digest 210: AI Agents Are Go!
