Success means shipped tools with real adoption that reduce friction and drive downstream product usage. * Deliver talks at developer and AI developer conferences, and build relationships with organizers and attendees. * Spend time building as our users build, and surface any pain points and bugs you encounter along the way. * Design and run programs that scale our core pillars: content, events, and community, so impact compounds over time. Success means repeatable, durable systems rather than one-off efforts. * Show up consistently where developers are, build genuine relationships, and surface insights to Product and other relevant teams.
