If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this could be your role! ## Description * Partner with the AXE Initiative Product Lead and Product Managers to develop and maintain a revenue strategy that maximises TFT's business model in a sustainable and player-focused manner * Lead the AXE Insights pod: * Manage the team's roadmap, coordinating work between the Los Angeles and Singapore teams to ensure effective identification and prioritization of work * Mentor and guide more junior Insights members in AXE LA & SG, providing constructive feedback and thought leadership to the team * Champion craft standards and maintain a high bar for the team's work * Create and run systems & processes for the AXE Insights pods and with stakeholders Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
