About the Role Arctic Wolf's Exposure Management platform, built on a core foundation of Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM), helps organizations discover, contextualize, and secure every asset across their environment. Our teams operate as empowered, cross-functional product teams - engineers, product managers, and designers collaborating to solve customer problems, not just ship features. We embrace DevOps principles and believe the teams that build it, own it. As a Principal Developer, you will help guide technical direction across the Exposure Management product area - contributing to architectural decisions, raising the bar on engineering practices, and mentoring engineers across multiple teams. You are a go-to expert who helps unblock complex problems. Your work has executive-level visibility and helps shape how we build and scale the platform in pursuit of Arctic Wolf's mission to End Cyber Risk.
