* Provide thoughtful, efficient technical support to our customers
 * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a variety of product and configuration questions
 * Learn and apply knowledge of our API-based products
 * Use your understanding of JavaScript (ECMAScript) to guide customers through technical details
 * Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, conversation, and the occasional presentation
 * Collaborate with your teammates to share insights and continuously improve how we work
