The implementation function at Thredd is responsible for delivering solutions to our customers from requirements definition, through build and integration, testing, go live and then handing over to support functions. What you'll be doing as an Implementation Analyst * Managing and delivering a range of client work items, such as change requests and projects * Supporting Implementation Managers in the delivery of larger projects * Ensuring all documentation produced is of a high quality, is clear, concise and understood by internal and external stakeholders * Managing client expectations around the delivery of work items throughout all stages of delivery * Capturing detailed client requirements and ensuring they are documented, reviewed and approved * Configuring our platform in both test and production environments, Our working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements. We strive to provide flexibility whilst ensuring that each position is best supported for optimal collaboration and performance.
