What You'll Do: * Analyze existing datasets to map and assess ICONIQ's global network, providing insights to inform strategies for community engagement and growth. * Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams across the firm in harnessing the power of our collective network, identifying opportunities for strategic introductions and connections, invitations to unique events, and pinpointing levers for community expansion. * Collaborate with internal technology team to help build and manage our Salesforce customization projects and identify/implement other relevant systems, while maintaining data integrity and best practices for scalability. * Develop and deliver presentations and reports that highlight network status, success stories, and value creation ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. * Create and maintain detailed documentation of network processes, data flow, and project requirements to streamline future initiatives., We expect candidates to be fluent in using AI tools to enhance their work.
