## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OnBase Technical Lead with strong expertise in OnBase WorkView and Workflow. The candidate will lead the development team and provide hands-on technical leadership in designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing OnBase applications.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience with OnBase application development, WorkView, Workflow, system configuration, administration, and Unity Client., * Strong experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications

 * Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality
 * Expert knowledge of OnBase systems configuration and administration
 * Experience designing, coding, implementing, and maintaining OnBase solutions
 * Understanding of Unity Client and its use in OnBase applications
 * Experience with requirements analysis, application design, development, implementation, and testing
 * Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues
 * Strong experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance

Highly Desired

 * OnBase WorkView & Workflow Certification
 * Four-year college degree or equivalent technical experience

## Description

* Lead the development team in designing and enhancing OnBase applications
 * Architect and optimize WorkView and Workflow solutions for complex business needs
 * Configure and maintain OnBase applications and workflows
 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
 * Translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Guide the team through the full application development lifecycle
 * Review technical designs and recommend improvements
 * Provide hands-on development, coding, testing, and debugging support
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
 * Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and action items
 * Provide training and guidance on OnBase tools and technologies
