* 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows 11
 * 3+ years of experience in Azure/Active Directory
 * 3+ years of experience in Powershell;
 * 3+ years of experience in Desktops/Notebooks
 * 3+ years of experience in Printers
 * 3+ years of experience in Wireless Devices
 * Typically requires a high school diploma, vocational training, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
 * 1 to 4 years of relevant IT support or service desk experience.
 * Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Azure/Active Directory, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and endpoint security tools.
 * Strong communication, patience, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities

## Description

***Web Cam and in person Interview**** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year but expected to go for multiple years ***Onsite***, Provides a full range of on-site and remote end-user support for the client network.

 * Repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices.
 * Install, configure, and update operating systems and office applications.
 * Respond to help desk requests via phone, chat, or in person.
 * Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing systems.
 * Set up new workstations and manage onboarding or offboarding tasks, including user account creation and permission setups.
 * Maintain inventory records for hardware, software licenses, and IT supplies.
 * Escalate complex or network-wide issues to senior system or network administrators.
