## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Evaluation Lead (Systems and Informatics) to lead program evaluation and data collection strategies. This role involves working with management, producing reports, and ensuring data integrity., * Develop and implement evaluation and quality improvement strategies.

 * Incorporate data and evaluation into program planning and reporting.
 * Stay updated on public health research and evaluation trends.
 * Ensure effective data collection and reporting.
 * Produce periodic program reports and assist with data interpretation.
 * Maintain and update databases and procedure manuals.
 * Coordinate data collection and entry among staff.
 * Lead training and orientation for new program staff.
