What is a Must Have? * High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Basic computer skills. * A solid grasp of basic math skills. * Must be able to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs. regularly ## Description * With supervision from a more senior staff member, operate computer peripheral equipment such as printers, finishing, material handling or mail processing machines and prepare production control reports. * Troubleshoot basic peripheral machine issues and provide service actions to ensure stable operation of equipment and escalate to a lead operator or supervisor as appropriate. * Interact with computer terminals or personal computers to queue work and plan individual job layout, materials to accomplish production. * Perform manual document assembly, postage application, or packaging as needed. * Identify production situations that are not correct, such as documents out of sequence, inappropriate fliers, quality issues in printing or stock, and, in unexpected delays in equipment support. * Clearly communicate with unit lead operators, team lead and managers. * Perform other duties as assigned., * Retirement: Travelers matches your 401(k) contributions dollar-for-dollar up to your first 5% of eligible pay, subject to an annual maximum.
