## Description

* Travel approximately 90% to customer sites throughout the U.S.
 * Install and configure commercial graphic printing equipment
 * Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and basic software/network issues
 * Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective components
 * Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
 * Read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation
 * Train and support customers on equipment operation
 * Document service calls, repairs, and completed installations
 * Maintain tools, replacement parts, and service inventory
