The Lead Application Developer serves as a senior developer for all Appian solutions, providing development oversight, mentoring, and hands-on implementation support across the full software development lifecycle.The ideal candidate possesses relevant Appian expertise, strong systems integration experience, and a proven ability to lead Agile development teams delivering mission-critical business applications. This position is fully remote with occasional travel required to support customer meetings, program reviews, or project activities (if applicable).
