About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Product Owner to lead HubSync Workflow, our engagement management platform for tax compliance. Workflow consolidates returns, extensions, quality control review, assembly, and e-file transmission into a single, role-aware queue, replacing spreadsheets, email threads, and legacy practice management tools firms rely on today. It is also becoming the orchestration layer of the HubSync platform: the system that knows where every engagement stands and drives the next step across every other module. You will own the product vision and roadmap while also managing the backlog, leading sprints, and ensuring the platform accurately models the way tax engagements actually run. This is a build-and-strengthen role live with anchor firms and delivering actively, with meaningful groundwork still to lay.
