* 2-3 years of professional software development experience
 * Strong foundation in C# and Python
 * Solid experience with SQL Server and relational databases
 * Understanding of full-stack application development
 * Interest in financial markets and trading technology
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Develop and enhance full-stack Fixed Income trading applications
 * Work with real-time market data from Bloomberg, Tradeweb, ICE, and other venues
 * Build services and user interfaces using C#, Python, and SQL Server
 * Assist in supporting and improving FIX-based trade and market data flows
 * Collaborate with senior engineers, traders, and business users
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support rotations
