## About the Role

ServiceNow Integration Development (5+ years) - Practical track record designing and writing custom scripts/APIs to integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms.

ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (4-6 years) - Deep configuration and development expertise within the SPM (formerly ITBM) suite.

Work Authorization - Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).

NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience integrating ServiceNow SPM directly with SAP ECC or SAP BW (specifically financial modules).

Strong knowledge of SAP financial data structures and enterprise data lakehouse/data warehouse systems.

## Description

* The ServiceNow SPM Integration Developer will design, build, and deploy custom integrations focusing on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Sitting within the Software Engineering / Packaged Application group, this role drives technical alignment between ServiceNow and enterprise systems-specifically connecting financial structures within ServiceNow SPM and SAP modules to enable seamless data exchange and operational visibility.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

 * Architect, configure, and build robust REST/SOAP web services and custom API integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
 * Configure and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) components, including financial management, project portfolios, and resource planning modules.
 * Design and execute data integration pipelines between ServiceNow SPM and SAP ECC or SAP BW finance modules.
 * Conduct end-to-end integration testing, data mapping, and troubleshooting across cross-functional enterprise platform interfaces.
 * Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to translate complex portfolio management requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Document integration workflows, system dependency maps, and API specifications to support post-deployment governance., * Design, build, and maintain custom API integrations and web services within the ServiceNow platform.
 * Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules to align with enterprise portfolio management processes.
 * Map and execute data integration pipelines connecting ServiceNow SPM to SAP finance systems.
 * Validate integration security, data accuracy, and system performance through end-to-end testing.
