## About the Role

7. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
 8. Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.
 9. 10 years of experience as an IT infrastructure technical project management.
 10. 7 years of experience with ServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
 11. Knowledge and experience with CCaaS solutions implementation.
 12. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement., 14. Effective leadership communications and team player (externally /externally).
 15. Knowledge of Asset Management, IT Service Management, Governance/Risk/Compliance ServiceNow Modules.
 16. Experience with CCaaS Applications (i.e., AWS Connect or Genesys).
 17. Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows/workflows.
 18. Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings.
 19. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
 20. Excellent communication and written skills

## Description

1. Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Project Manager for multiple infrastructure projects.
 2. Provide Project management leadership - effectively drive the project schedule, deliverables and manage project risks.
 3. Facilitate effective communications within a complex matrix organization (internal/external teams).
 4. Facilitate requirements gathering that can effectively be translated into customer acceptance documentation.
 5. Work closely with SMEs and Engineers in designing and developing solutions that meet the customer requirements.
 6. Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the project team and developers.
