Emphasis on Electrical and compute rack design. * Product Management experience supporting a product road map and driving improvements via continuous improvement * Field application experience installing and commissioning modular assets * High adaptability and the ability to manage ambiguity, smoothly shifting focus between high-level customer discussions and granular engineering templating. * Deep understanding of how AI compute loads impact power distribution, from the utility transformer down to the server rack. * Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate highly technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical problem-solving skills to conduct rapid feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. Bonus Points * AI modular data center design and field installation experience * Professional engineering license ## Description Crusoe is seeking a Staff Modular Data Center Electrical Engineer to support electrical design and continuous innovation of Crusoe Spark, our turnkey, prefabricated modular AI factory. The role is on the Crusoe Electrical Engineering team and will be responsible for electrical design for Crusoe Spark. The role will partner with Crusoe Industries, Research and Development, Construction, and Customers. This position requires an electrical professional who thrives at the intersection of facility engineering and product design. You will push the norms of traditional data center design to solve the unique challenges of edge deployments - while integrating diverse and renewable power sources. The role is in-office and must be located in Denver.
