## About the Role

* Practical operational experience in healthcare organizations (quality, safety, care management, care coordination, PAS, analytics, etc.)
 * Background in EMR implementation, training, or product support.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
 * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
 * Experience working in agile development environments.
 * Proficiency with documentation and multimedia tools (e.g. Confluence, Camtasia).
 * Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g. copilots, summarization tools, or chatbots) with an ability to critically evaluate and verify AI-generated outputs
 * Demonstrated ability to learn, evaluate, adapt to, propose and implement AI-augmented workflows in order to continually enhance your own, and the team's productivity, * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Health IT, Communications, or a related field preferred.
 * 3+ years of experince
 * Additional certifications in EMR systems or healthcare IT documentation are a plus.

## Description

* Develop and maintain high-quality EHR product collateral for stakeholders including sales, implementation, support, training teams, and customers.
 * Simplify complex product features into clear documentation, videos, diagrams, and other collateral.
 * Collaborate with agile teams on design, usability, and workflow mapping to improve product experience.
 * Provide guidance on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
 * Ensure accuracy and consistency of collateral by reviewing product updates and specifications.
 * Create and deliver multimedia content for new releases and feature enhancements.
 * Partner with regional teams to integrate best practices into training programs.
